The Profit movie may be the first movie critical of Scientology to ever be made, "The Bridge" was the first critical movie of Scientology to ever be released. "The Profit" has been tied up in the court system and injunctions now for years. The leak to this movie, at the moment, is unknown.

Jenna, David Miscavige's neice, speaks out against Scientology

Kendra Wiseman, Jenna Miscavige Hill and Astra Woodcraft have created exscientologykids.com in honor of all the kids that are currently trapped in Scientology.

Jenna speaks out about Scientology's recent extortion attempt on them:

"Hi Guys, Please repost this everywhere you can. This is why I am doing what

I am doing.

So where do I begin.... I did an interview this week with ABC nightline.
They of course had to call the Church for comment which they did.

Last night at 11pm while we were in bed we got a call from Dallas's father.
He said he was 20 minutes away from our house and he was driving down from a
meeting he had today and in the car with him were 2 Sea Org members from OSA
Int and they were coming to talk to us at our house.
He said that they had come to talk to him but he insisted that we should be
there and that they wanted to talk to us. So they just decided it was okay
to drop in on us in the middle of the night in true Sea Org style.

I told him that they could absolutely not come to my house and that they
need to call me and tell me that they apologize and want to sort this out
before I even consider meeting with them. A couple of minutes later I got a
call from Angie Blankenship (she was the CO CMO CW while I was in CMO CW for
many years and we last I heard she was COB's Programs Operator. She said she
was with Jenny Devocht/Linson who was the CO CMO CW, WDC FLB and CO CMO Int.
For those of you who this is all gibberish to, they are both VERY high
Church Executives. She said she was here to sort things out. So reluctantly
I agreed to meet with them. Mostly for the purpose of demonstrating the
truth of what goes on to Dallas's parents.

We met at Denny's because it was the only place open. We sat down at a
table. Both of these women looked like they hadn't slept in years!

We were there until 4 o'clock in the morning....

Within seconds of sitting down they proceeded to accuse me of "attacking my
auditor", "using my uncle's name for my 15 minutes of fame because otherwise
nobody would care about what I have to say", "lying about my upbringing",
and telling me my mom was a horrible dishonest woman without the slightest
thought of sensitivity. They said I had denounced Scientology and that was a
Suppressive Act.

Just their usual antics. They asked us what our beef was. We told them about
sleep deprivation, being held against my will, being separated from my
parents, our friends being separated from their families. Everything we
brought up, they laughed aloud and acted as if these things were
preposterous and was saying how my education was so much better than what I
would have gotten in the "wog world". We told them that they were denying
everything we said to which they responded, "That's not true!", "Absolutely
Not!" - they couldn't even see this and immediately denied that!

After down and dirty inavoidable questions they admitted that we did heavy
labor for hours on a daily basis at the Ranch. They even pulled out a photo
album and showed Dallas and his parents photos of us rock-hauling and mixing
cement and building rock walls and other manual labor! They said that the
fact that we didn't see our parents except for once a week was the same as
any boarding school. They said that fact that I didn't see my mom but once
from the age of 12-16 and by dad but 3 times and all for less than 30
minutes, they said that this was totally normal and like any other boarding
school. Angie admitted to not letting me talk to my friends because they
were in a lower level organization. Angie and Jenny both admitted to
refusung to allow me to call my parents when I was 14 years old. They
admitted to the fact that I was being held against my will in an auditing
room, but said that after taking a walk and 4 hours that I later went back
into the room and this was not against my will so this voided the previous 3
hours of kicking and screaming to try and get out of a 5x5 auditing room.
They admitted that both of the areas where Dallas and I worked were deprived
of sleep for days. They admitted that it was absolute bogus that my Aunt
Sarah was declared a suppressive person and went on to blame it on Mark
Ingber who is long gone.

In fact they blamed 99% of these things on Marty Rathbun (may he R.I.P),
Mike Rinder, Tom Devocht and Dan Koon (of all people!). This is despite the
fact that Jenny single handedly physically did not allow me to get on the
plane to be with my parents when I was 12 years old after reading me a long
excerpt of KSW. That Angie was witness every week, if not responsible for
the fact that all of the minors at CW who were only schooled once a week.

They pleaded with me to pull the ABC Nightline deal. They said if I did,
they would go through and cancel all of the B.S. allegations about me, that
they would see about lifting the declare on several of my friends and would
get all the data out on the table.

After Dallas's parents pleaded with us to try and cooperate so that they
wouldn't have to decide between us and Scientology, we told them we would
think about it and would call them the next morning. They tried to pressure
us into making a descision then and there and we told them that it wasn't
gonna happen. They told us not to talk to anybody about this meeting and to
please not post about it on the internet.

The moment we left we decided that there was no way we would pull the
Nightline deal. We never said anything but the truth. We decided that we
would tell them this and that we would be willing to hold off on future
interviews if they came through with their promise because we definitly
cannot trust them and they needed to prove that they were really taking
responsibility first.

The next morning we woke up and left our house and went out to breakfast for
an hour. From there we took a round-about way to stop by my office in
downtown because I had ordered some roses which came in. As we get onto the
freeway Dallas noticed a white Ford sedan far behind on the on ramp. Trying
not to be paranoid he thought nothing of it. As we switched freeways and
went another ten miles he noticed the same car still following us.After
arriving downtown on all the oneway streets he started noticing the car
would never pull up directly behind him and kept swerving lanes.
We went in a circle because of oneway streets in downtown and Dallas was
taking his time not coming in right away and I didn't know why. We were
inside for 15 minutes getting my roses and Dallas now sees the same car down
the street on the side of the road. He takes off pretty abrubtly into
traffic and I think he is a crazy driver already. A block later Dallas says
to me, "Jenna I think we are being followed. See that white car 3 lanes
right of us, I am going to make the next left and he will swerve across and
follow us." He did just that!

Dallas kept going in circles trying to see how many shifts this guy was
going to make. At one point he pulled up in front of us and we got his
license plate here:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/24675028@N07/2334354212/

Then we took off again and he came behind us and so I had to get out of my
seat turn around and get a shot here:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/24675028@N07/2334354216/

http://www.flickr.com/photos/24675028@N07/2334354220/

He could see we spotted him and knew we were taking pics so he pulled over
and then he was gone.

OSA or RTC or whoever it is, you have officially lost all opportunity of us
trying to work it out internally.
That was your last chance and you BLEW IT!
Not only have you upset me, but you have upset my parents.
I guess I wont be holding back on that CNN interview after all.

Best, Jenna"

Video exposing strange Scientology censorship by News Limited

This Youtube video exposes strange censorship by News Limited on the Febuary 10th world wide protest of Scientology by Anonymous and other critics. The news report shows how News Limited censored the word "CULT" on a Scientology protesters picket sign and made another protester look stupid by erasing part of a picket sign text that said "Tom Cruise".

This is a great news report showing just how scared, or maybe paid off, these big corporations are of the "Church" of Scientology.

Anonymous~ "Did Scientologists kill critic of Scientology Shawn Lonsdale?"

Dear Church of Scientology,

We anonymous, believe that Shawn Lonsdale could have been killed by your church for proving to be a thorn in its side.

Though we do not have the evidence nor the right to accuse you, we believe that the allegation should be put under a microscope and examined on a micro level.

Shawn Lonsdale was in the middle of exposing your cult in a documentary when he was killed. They have labeled this a suicide, however, according to Randy Payne, Shawn had no reason to want to die, and was doing well. Why are there videos of your church members assaulting him in public? Why would he kill himself in such a strange manner? Why would he die so mysteriously while in the process of exposing your church? These are the questions that need to be asked. These are the issues that need to be investigated.

The church of Scientology must be stopped and the people who follow it must realize that they too are victims and escape the cult like pyramid scheme while they have the chance.

Besides the fact that your church is based on a fictional book and that L Ron Hubbard has openly stated that if he wanted to be rich he would create a religion, there continues to be actions that your church members have been taking that are alarming and must be looked into.

Anonymous has chosen to place itself at the forefront of avenging the death of Shawn Lonsdale. Simply by continuing it's protests and making the public aware of the dark and sinister cult that is slowly growing behind their backs while they sleep.

They will be awakened. People will learn what is Scientology.

Anonymous will not stop until the Church of Scientology has been expunged. They are not only made up of victimized individuals coerced by manipulation, they are controlled by bigots and greedy fascists with an agenda to profit off of the ignorance of others.

Anonymous will strike until the nine thousandth nail has been driven into the heart and soul of this evil enterprise.

Anonymous is legion. Anonymous can not be stopped because we are invisible, yet unbreakable. We represent the victims. We represent the army of the public and the voice of everyone. We are the result of your actions. We are the consequence of past mistakes, and we will not
live to see another catastrophic one take place in front of us, due to the poor decision making of your followers. your church is the whore that rides of the shoulders of evil. You are the enemy. Your followers are the victims. You will be stopped and your church will fall.

We do not forgive. we do not forget.

We are legion.

IMPORTANT QUESTIONS TO THINK ABOUT.......

How does somebody like Shawn Lonsdale:

1. Get threatened on video tape with harm?

2. Get assaulted on video tape?

3. Get death threats?

4. Die in a manner that could, as reported, easily have been homicide?

5. Have that death ruled a suicide within 24 hours?

Was Shawn Lonsdale killed by the "Church" of Scientology?

Clarification to the Media from Anonymous

In the current battle of Anonymous vs Scientology, this is another video that has just been released. Enjoy!

It has come to the attention of Anonymous that there are a number of you out there who do not clearly understand what we are or why we have undertaken our present course of action. Contrary to the assumptions of the media, Anonymous is not "a group of super hackers". Anonymous is a collective of individuals united by an awareness that someone must do the right thing, that someone must bring light to the darkness, that someone must open the eyes of a public that has slumbered for far too long. Among our numbers you will find individuals from all walks of life - lawyers, parents, IT professionals, members of law enforcement, college students, veterinary technicians and more. Anonymous is everyone and everywhere. We have no leaders, no single entity directing us - only the collective outrage of individuals, guiding our hand in the current efforts to bring awareness. We want you to be aware of the very real dangers of Scientology. We want you to know about the gross human rights violations committed by this cult. We want you to know about Lisa McPhearson. We want you to know about former members of Scientology's private navy, SeaOrg, who were forced to have abortions so that they could continue in service to the church. We want you to know about Scientology's use of child labor and their gulags. We want you to know about Operation Freakout and Paulette Cooper. We want you to know about Operation Snow White and Scientology's efforts to infiltrate the government of the United States of America. We want you to know about all of these things that have been swept under the rug for far too long. The information is out there. It is yours for the taking. Arm yourself with knowledge. Be very wary of the 10th of February. Anonymous invites you to join us in an act of solidarity. Anonymous invites you to take up the banner of free speech, of human rights, of family and freedom. Join us in protest outside of Scientology centers world wide. We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. We will be heard. Expect us.

Message from Scientology to Anonymous

Dear Anonymous, we are The Regime.

Your attacks on Scientology have not gone unnoticed, we have the money, resources and tools to put an end to your SP behaviour and so called hacking activities. You have soiled the good name of LRH and now it is you that have *our* attention.

We are hackers of the higest degree, and we fight the good fight not just for now but for eternity. The next trillions of years are at stake, so you have been declared fair game.

We have your IP addresses, your docs and your secret plans. We own your 711chan, your IRC and we are taking care of your raid forums.

Call off your attacks on our religion immediately or 4chan, ytmd, Something Awful and your other bases will be brought to ruin.

Do not underestimate us.

You are out of your league.

Anonymous vs The 'Church' of Scientology

Anonymous vs The 'Church' of Scientology

Article includes all the updates, statements, images, and videos by "Anonymous" and the "War on Scientology".

An Internet-based group "Anonymous" has begun what it calls, a "War on Scientology". Anonymous, whose membership includes such groups from sites like Ebaums World, YTMND and *Chan, have begun a "third wave" of attacks in the week-old operation dubbed “Project Chanology”. They have been releasing statements on YouTube and via a press release, outlining their plans and intentions for Scientology. The main reasons behind Anonymous's attack on Scientology are said to be the removal of the Tom Cruise video from the Internet last week by Scientology lawyers and also Scientology's strong position against free speech.

Church of Scientology related websites, such as religousfreedomwatch.org have become unable to view due to a suspected
DDoS Attack by the group. This same group allegedly brought down Scientology 's main website, scientology.org, which has been available sporadically since the beginning of the attack. Scientology's websites first began showing signs of the DOS attack by "Anonymous" sometime around the end of last week.

Several websites relating to the Church of Scientology have been slowed down, brought to a complete halt or seemingly removed from the Internet completely in an attack which seems to be continuous. The scientology.org site was back online briefly on Monday (1/21/08), but since then has been inaccessible.

The group has released a video titled: "Message to Scientology" on YouTube concerning their intentions to attack the Church of Scientology. A robotic voice on the video begins with "Hello leaders of Scientology. We are Anonymous," and continues by explaining their motivations: "Over the years we have been watching you, your campaigns of misinformation, your suppression of dissent and your litigious nature. All of these things have caught our eye. With the leakage of your latest propaganda video into mainstream circulation the extent of your malign influence over those who have come to trust you as leaders has been made clear to us. Anonymous has therefore decided that your organization should be destroyed." The message goes on to state that the group intends to "expel Scientology from the Internet". This is a view echoed on the so-called "Project Chanology" website, an open source of information and direction for those within Anonymous, which talks of tactics such as blackfaxing and prank calling alongside other "real-life" methods of attack.

"Anonymous" released a statement on Monday (1/21/08) in the form of a press release, "Internet Group Anonymous Declares "War on Scientology": "Anonymous" are fighting the Church of Scientology and the Religious Technology Center". In the statement, the group explained their goal as safeguarding the right to freedom of speech "A spokesperson said that the group's goals include bringing an end to the financial exploitation of Church members and protecting the right to free speech, a right which they claim was consistently violated by the Church of Scientology in pursuit of its opponents." The press release also claimed that the Church of Scientology misused copyright and trademark law in order to remove criticism from websites including Digg and YouTube. The statement goes on to assert that the attacks from the group "will continue until the Church of Scientology reacts, at which point they will change strategy".

The attack was reportedly motivated by the Church of Scientology's attempts to remove a promotional video featuring Scientologist Tom Cruise, which is called the Tom Cruise video, from YouTube. After the Church of Scientology lodged a copyright infringement complaint with YouTube, the site took down the video. The Tom Cruise video is still available on Gawker.com , which has stated it will not remove the video "It's newsworthy, and we will not be removing it."

Gawker.com discussed the actions of the "Anonymous" group, in a post on Monday titled "Scientology vs. the Internet: Why Kids On The Internet Are Scientology's Most Powerful Enemy". Gawker.com briefly outlined actions of other anonymous users critical of Scientology, including actions taken in the past by users of YouTube, Digg, and YTMND "This isn't the only group of Internet users unafraid of the intimidating cult; a whole range of sites has turned the Church into a mockery by doing what mainstream celebrity-coverage outlets wouldn't dare."

A poster on the newsgroup
alt.religion.scientology (a.r.s.) was critical of the actions by the "Anonymous" group. In a post titled "Open Letter to Anonymous" a frequent poster to a.r.s., "cultxpt", wrote that "It's understandable that people get upset over the things the Church of Scientology has done online and off". He wrote that the Church of Scientology "tried to shut down a.r.s.," and "spam our newsgroup to this day". The spam reference made by cultxpt refers to "sporgery", a form of nonsensical spam tactic used as an attempt to disrupt discussion on the newsgroup.

In 1995,
Helena Kobrin, one of the many Scientology lawyers for the Church of Scientology, attempted to remove the a.r.s. group from Usenet . Kobrin sent a rmgroup message which stated: "We have requested that the alt.religion.scientology newsgroup be removed from all sites". This later led to a declaration of war by the hacker group Cult of the Dead Cow, and an increase in popularity of the a.r.s site. This initial conflict later came to be known as "Scientology versus the Internet".

The post from cultxpt went on to criticize the actions of the "Anonymous" group, stating: "We're supposed to be the good people," and stated that contrary to the Anonymous group's tactics, "Our weapons as critics are reason, evidence, argument, and free speech".

On Tuesday (1/22/08), the founder of Operation Clambake or Xenu.net, a non-profit organization and website critical of Scientology based in Stavanger, Norway , released a statement about the attacks by "Anonymous". Andreas Heldal-Lund was critical of the "Anonymous" groups actions, stating: "The author of Operation Clambake does not condone such activity. Attacking Scientology like that will just make them play the religious persecution card. They will use it to defend their own counter actions when they try to shatter criticism and crush critics without mercy." Heldal-Lund went on to emphasize the right of all people and organizations to freedom of speech - including the Church of Scientology: "Freedom of speech means we need to allow all to speak - including those we strongly disagree with. I am of the opinion that the Church of Scientology is a criminal organization and a cult which is designed by its delusional founder to abuse people. I am still committed to fight for their right to speak their opinion."

New Scientology video, "Scientology does not let me go on vacations because I know too much", says Tom Cruise.

Tom Cruise "Top Secret" Scientology Video

Tom Cruise crazy Scientology video According to a new Scientology video that was never supposed to reach the general public, Tom Cruise is quoted as saying that the 'Church' of Scientology does not let him go on vacation because he "knows" too much.

In what has been identified as a 2004 Scientology recruitment film, it is making the YouTube rounds. The clip, which was pulled from the video site but is still online, shows the star praising what he calls the "privilege" of being a Scientologist.

Coincidence or not, the Scientology sermon by Tom Cruise has hit the Web the same week that Princess Diana biographer Andrew Morton's controversial new book, Tom Cruise: An Unauthorized Biography , hits bookstores. (Cruise's rep has called Morton's book, which purports to shed light on Cruise's position in the Church of Scientology, a "false, vicious and bigoted attack" on the actor and his family.)

Watch Tom Cruise crazy as ever in this"for Scientology Only" video. This is a video Scientology definitely does not want you to see. It has been deleted and banned from Youtube, Google video and even sites like Dailymotion.com. The videos are being removed from these sites with reasons stating, "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Church of Scientology International". This is likely the work of Scientology's lawyers.

Contents of Andrew Morton's biography of Tom Cruise and Scientology revealed

Contents of Andrew Morton's unauthorized biography of Cruise revealed

Andrew Morton's long-awaited book, Tom Cruise: An Unauthorized Biography, isn't out until next Tuesday, but details of the book are already showing up in the news. Here are just some of the many facts that are contained in this tell all book:

  • Suri Cruise was conceived like the devil in the film Rosemary's Baby.

  • Scientology has taken over the 45-year-old actor's life, Tom Cruise, with its officials selecting many of the staff at his Hollywood mansion.

  • Tom Cruise is consulted by Scientology leader David Miscavige on "every aspect of planning and policy" and has tailored his whole career to fit the aims of the 'Church'.

  • David Miscavige is so close to Tom Cruise that he even joined him and Katie Holmes on their honeymoon in the Maldives.

On the Honeymoon: Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise, David Miscavige, L. Ron Hubbard and Xenu the Galactic Overlord

  • Suri Cruise was created using frozen sperm from dead Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard. Some Scientology critics, such as myself, believe that this "L. Ron Hubbard sperm" was actually a mixture of sperm from Xenu the Galactic Overlord from OT3 The Wall of Fire and the Vistaril that was found in L Ron Hubbard's dead ass.

Xenu the Galactic Overlord in Scientology's secret doctrine OT3, The Wall of Fire

  • Scientology head David Miscavige ordered a wildflower field planted because Tom Cruise expressed a desire to run through one with then-wife Nicole Kidman.

  • Nicole Kidman's "lukewarm" feelings towards the 'Church', her insistence on remaining a Catholic and the fact that her father is a psychologist all contributed to the break-up of her marriage with Tom Cruise.

  • Tom Cruise is the No. 2 power in the 'Church'. Jesse Prince, a former Scientologist, is quoted as saying that David Miscavige and Tom Cruise "were like glue, two little people who really enjoyed each other."

    Tom Cruise and David Mscavige

  • David and Victoria Beckham are the next recruitment target for the 'Church'.

  • Katie Holmes signed a billion year contract before committing to Scientology, a contract that is similar to this.

  • Nicole Kidman "feared blackmail" over sex tapes made with Scientologists.

  • Katie Holmes signed a pre-nup that nets her 3 million dollars for each year of marriage. This pre-nup was brokered by none other than Katie's own father.
  • Another document that was signed when Tom and Katie started dating states that Katie must "turn only to Scientology's treatment only" and "must never use psychiatric care or psychiatric drugs." Lisa McPherson tragically followed these same rules.

Tom Cruise and Scientology sue Andrew Morton's publisher over new Tom Cruise: An Unauthorized Biography book The Andrew Morton book is not being published in England, due to that country's libel laws. Scientologists may sue in Britain if the book is distributed there.Scientology lawyers are believed to be drawing up a lawsuit seeking £50million in compensation from Andrew Morton's publishers, St Martin's Press.

A member of the Scientology 'Church', who has not read the unauthorized biography by Andrew Morton, said the book is "really badly written".Tom Cruise's lawyer has denied every one of Andrew Morton's claims and calls the book "boring, poorly researched." Cruise's lawyer has also stated that Tom Cruise refuses to read the book but said he knows for a fact that everything written in the book is nothing but lies. Claims of Scientologists around the world, who also have not read the book, are coming forward stating that the book is "%100 complete lies".

The Scientology 'Church' has said that it is forbidding any of it's members from reading the truths found in this book because they might wake up and realize that they belong to an evil dangerous cult. Even though the 'Church' is not allowing their members to read the book they are encouraging their negative reviews to be seen everywhere.
The S is for Scientology - Scientologists are stupid

Scientology working overtime to slam Andrew Morton's new book

The 'Church' is working overtime to discredit and slam Andrew Morton's new Unauthorized Biography on Tom Cruise and Scientology. Everywhere I turn on the net for news about this book I see Blogs and websites (owned and operated by Scientologists) saying nothing but bad things about this book. I wonder if they have even read it?

This Blog by the "Church" says:

"The recent media feeding frenzy about the really badly written unauthorized biography on Tom Cruise has put attention on how the Church of Scientology is organized and run."

    http://myscientology.blogspot.com

Really badly written? Why? How? Why don't they explain?

This person in the article goes as far as calling Andrew Morton a liar.
    http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22538821/

A lawyer for Tom Cruise said that the book is, "outrageous, sick stuff."

He goes on to say, "Clearly the book is actionable, but I'm not commenting on anything to do with legal issues." He said Cruise has no plans to read the book.

But why? Why don't these people read the book? Why don't they explain what is not factual about what is written in the book? If the book is just complete lies, then that is one thing, but if the book tells the truth and the only way to bash it is to use ad hominems and false logic then they are just doing more of what Scientology is known for. Scientology needs to change their policy of looking the other way of the truth and to stop speaking out against Entheta regardless of it's factual base.

The other news going around is the noise Scientology is making about a possible lawsuit against the publishers of Andrew Morton's book. How can you sue over the truth? You can't. So if you can't sue over facts, this must be just another attempt by the 'church' to scare would be critics and authors of future books on Tom and the 'Church'.

How can this "religion" ever become a real bona fide religion if it keeps on being so closed minded? People will forever look at Scientology as a dangerous cult until they wise up and change their evil ways.

Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about here but it seems to me the only way to be accepted by society as a real religion is to accept criticism and change their current ways, instead of doing more of the same.

    South Park Scientology Episodes

These are the three South Park episodes that have a story line based around Scientology. These videos made headlines and I feel are extremely controversial. The most notable episode, "Trapped in the Closet", received an Emmy nomination. That same episode is the sole reason Scientologist Isaac Hayes (Chef) quit South Park. The videos are great viewing for anyone who has never seen them before and fun for those who haven't watched them in a while. Enjoy!

    Trapped in the closet

    About this episode:
"Trapped in the Closet", the twelfth episode of the ninth season of the Comedy Central series South Park, originally aired on November 16, 2005. The plot of the episode centers on the South Park character Stan Marsh, as he joins Scientology in an attempt to find something "fun and free". After the discovery of his surprisingly high "thetan levels", he is recognized as the reincarnation of the founder of the church, L. Ron Hubbard. Episode makes almost 100 references to Tom Cruise being "In the closet".

    Chef returns to South Park

    About this episode:
"The Return of Chef", or referred to as "Life Without Chef Part 2", is episode 140 of Comedy Central's animated series South Park and aired on March 22, 2006. It was advertised as the tenth season premiere. It was also #1 on the "10 South Parks That Changed The World" list.

The episode parodies so-called "very special episodes", heavily satirizes Scientology, and is notable for its timing after the sudden departure of Isaac Hayes, who had voiced Chef on the series since its inception. His leaving South Park was because of the highly controversial Scientology episode, "Trapped in the Closet".

    The Church of Blainetology

    About this episode:
A street magician named David Blaine comes to South Park. The boys are tricked into becoming "Blaintologists". Stan is creeped out and soon leaves; Kyle refuses to join him. Stan looks for help from South Park's own resident messiah, Jesus. The comparisons to Scientology are really interesting. It shows everything from disconnection to brainwashing.

From the creators of South Park:
"So, Scientology, you may have won THIS battle, but the million-year war for earth has just begun! Temporarily anozinizing our episode will NOT stop us from keeping Thetans forever trapped in your pitiful man-bodies. Signed: "Trey Parker and Matt Stone, servants of the dark lord Xenu."

Church of Scientology Loses $39 Million Fraud Lawsuit

A jury today awarded $39 million to a woman who says the Church of Scientology defrauded her with claims it would improve her eyesight and make her more intelligent.

The Multnomah Circuit Court jury, after a 10-week trial and two and a half days of deliberations, found that the church defrauded the woman, Julie Christofferson Titchbourne, who had been a church member for nine months.

''This is a ridiculous decision,'' said Earle C. Cooley, a, attorney representing the Scientology church. ''The Constitution is in serious trouble in the state of Oregon and we will appeal.''

Mrs. Titchbourne's lawyer, Garry P. McMurry, said the award was ''adequate for the punishment that was intended.''

Mr. McMurry said his client had been told by church leaders that Scientology could improve her weak eyesight, raise her I.Q. and teach her more about the mind than any psychologist or psychiatrist.

Xenu the Galactic overlord from OT3 is said to be very angry in a statement made earlier today, "This is a sad day for the Galactic federation and Scientology. Vengeance will be mine!"

The Church of Scientology is a threat to Germany

    From internal Scientology documentation:

"In order to execute our planetary rescue campaigns we need to reach the highest levels of the German government in Berlin"

German intelligence authorities uncovered this internal Scientology documentation that reveals the threat that the group poses, and are currently working on banning them from the country.

    More to come....

    Monday, December 10, 2007

Minister says Scientologists seek power in Germany

BERLIN (Reuters) - German Interior Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble launched a verbal assault against the Church of Scientology on Sunday, accusing it in a newspaper interview of trying to secure political power and influence in Germany.

A spokeswoman for Scientology in Germany dismissed Schaeuble's allegations as "insane".

Schaeuble and the country's 16 state interior ministers declared Scientology unconstitutional on Friday, opening the way for a possible ban on the organisation.

"Scientology is also working in Germany to secure political power and influence," Schaeuble said in an interview with Bild am Sonntag newspaper published on Sunday.

"Fundamental rights, including human rights, like the right to equal treatment and human dignity are limited or abrogated. The democratic system is rejected," he said.

Schaeuble was referring to the spiritual movement founded in 1953 by U.S. science fiction author L. Ron Hubbard.

Schaeuble and his state counterparts said Germany's domestic intelligence agencies should continue gathering information on the legality of Scientology's activities in Germany so that a decision could be made about a possible ban next year.

But German intelligence agencies have been closely monitoring Scientology's operations for a decade and see little hope of amassing sufficient evidence to justify a ban, Der Spiegel magazine reported in its latest issue.

Germany does not recognise Scientology as a religion and regard it as a cult masquerading as a church to make money.

Scientologists reject this view. They say that more than 50 court decisions in Germany had acknowledged the group as a religious community. Other countries had also recognised Scientology as a religion, the group says.

    "PLANETARY RESCUE CAMPAIGN"

Bild am Sonntag also cited what it said was an internal Scientology document quoted in a German domestic intelligence report, adding the document appeared to show that the organisation has political designs in Germany.

"In order to execute our planetary rescue campaigns we must reach the highest levels of the German government in Berlin," the Bild am Sonntag quoted the document as saying.

The organisation's spokeswoman in Germany, Sabine Weber, confirmed that the quote came from Scientology. However, she said it was not from an official Scientology memorandum but an unauthorised email sent out by an unidentified person.

Weber also emailed a statement saying that "Scientology is completely apolitical and for strict separation of church and state." It said the term "rescue campaigns" referred to programmes intended to educate people about issues like drug abuse prevention and human rights.

Weber also dismissed Schaeuble's allegations that Scientology was undemocratic and curtailed human rights.

"Who dares to say we are against human rights? This is completely insane," she said.

Earlier this year, the German Defence Ministry said it would not allow the makers of a movie about an unsuccessful attempt to assassinate Hitler to film at German military sites because U.S. actor Tom Cruise, a Scientologist, was appearing in it.

The government later relented, saying its initial decision had nothing to do with Tom Cruise's personal beliefs.

    Germany moves to ban Scientology

BERLIN, Germany (AP) -- Germany's top security officials said Friday they consider the goals of the Church of Scientology to be in conflict with the principles of the nation's constitution and will seek to ban the organization.

The German government considers Scientology a commercial enterprise.

The interior ministers of the nation's 16 states plan to give the nation's domestic intelligence agency the task of preparing the necessary information to ban the organization, which has been under observation for a decade on allegations that it "threatens the peaceful democratic order" of the country.

The Church of Scientology, in a response sent to CNN, denounced the German proposal, calling it out of step with various international court rulings. Read the Church of Scientology response

The ministers, as well as federal Interior Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble, "consider Scientology to be an organization that is not compatible with the constitution," said Berlin Interior Minister Ehrhart Koerting, who presided over the officials' two-day conference.

Sabine Weber, president of the Church of Scientology in Berlin, said she views the renewed attempt to ban the organization as a reaction to increasing acceptance of Scientologists in several European countries.

"It is very, very clear that the true picture of what Scientology is about is pushing its way through," Weber said. "The interior ministers are clearly reacting to that."

The Scientologists have long battled to end the surveillance, saying it is an abuse of their right to freedom of religion. They point to several lower court rulings in favor of their right to practice in Germany as a religious organization.

The U.S. State Department regularly criticizes Germany in its annual Human Rights Report for the monitoring practice.

The interior ministers gave no specific examples for their decision, but the most recent annual report on extremism compiled by their agencies criticized the organization for disregarding human rights.

"From a number of sources, some of them not available to the public, it has been determined that (the organization) seeks to limit or rescind basic and human rights, such as the right to develop one's personality and the right to be treated equally," the report said.

Earlier this year, the German government initially refused to allow the producers of a movie starring Scientology member Tom Cruise as the most famous anti-Hitler plotter to film at the site where the hero was executed, although it did not expressly state Scientology as its reason. It later allowed the production to go ahead.

The Los Angeles-based Church of Scientology was founded in 1954 by the late science fiction writer L. Ron Hubbard. It first set up in Germany in 1970 and officials estimate it counts some 6,000 members in the country. E-mail to a friend E-mail to a friend
